First thing is this game is completely different so it will be just like the first time you played Pokemon Yellow or Red or Blue. Here is a picture of the new map and some screenshots from the game.

There is a new feature called your gear. In it is the option to call people and talk to them with a cell phone..

There is also a kind of new battle screen which lets you see how close you are to upgrading levels as represented by the blue line.

Your pokedex also has a new look as you can see in the picture. and not to mention your mission is to catch over 151 now.

There is a new makeup of the Pokémart and Pokécenter.

The gyms are also new, plus new leaders.

In Pokémon Gold and Silver you are now a character that what I think is a boy of the future whose goal is the same as Ash Catchum s. He is also trying to become a Pokémon Master. The only thing is that it will be allot harder because you have to catch 100 more as far as I know. In the beginning you are on what I think is a different continent than in Yellow. You are now working for a new professor who is Professer Utagi, who gives you a choice of three pokemon which are all completely new. To me this is what Pokémon Yellow should have been.
